Do you offer custom gift boxes?
Currently we do not offer custom gift boxes, however plan to do this in the very near future. We do have some variations of products, such as different colours for items. Check our Instagram for featured items or contact us anytime at hello@purelovegiftboxco to inquire. If you have a custom idea that you would like right away, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request!
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping costs can be calculated at time of check out.
What is included in the gift box I have purchased?
Your gift box will look as pictured, except for any fresh flowers that may have been used for photography. Because we partner with small businesses we may have to substitute a similar item due to unavailability on occasion. We promise any item that is substituted will be just as lovely as the original and of equal value.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Your gift box will be shipped within 2-5 business days. This excludes Canadian civic and statutory holidays. Please feel free to contact us if you require your package by a specific date and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Why is a signature upon delivery required for my purchase?
A signature is required upon delivery for every purchase. Many of our gift boxes contain temperature sensitive items and the only way to ensure they arrive in perfect condition is for the purchaser/recipient to receive the parcel directly. All gift boxes that contain chocolate are shipped with a cold pack during the Spring, Summer and Fall months to further ensure the safe arrival of your package.
How do you maintain your commitment to the environment?
At Pure Love Gift Box Company sustainable business practices are of utmost importance. We take great effort to ensure all of the products included in our gift boxes are sustainably produced.
We also make every effort to ensure we use recycled materials for our packaging, including any paper materials. Even our business cards are made from recycled T-shirt offcuts from the fashion industry-no trees harmed!
When recycled materials cannot be used, we strive to choose materials that have been sustainably sourced. Our wooden gift boxes are made locally and are FSC Certified, ensuring the wood is harvested from responsibly managed forests. We are proud to partner with companies that offer these options.
Do you offer refunds if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If there is a problem with your order or if you are not satisfied with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can resolve the issue. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and will do everything we can to ensure this!
